Fruit tree pruning for a better harvest

Apple, pear and cherry trees bear more fruit, and sweeter.

Fruit tree pruning for a better harvest

An unpruned fruit tree grows dense, the fruit stays small and diseases spread quickly through the crown. Proper pruning lets light into the crown and directs the tree's energy into fruit instead of branches.

What the service includes

- Maintenance and harvest pruning of fruit trees - Rejuvenation of old trees with a multi-year plan - Removal of diseased and dead branches - Treatment of cuts and removal of branches

When to prune fruit trees

The main pruning season is early spring, February to April, while the tree is still dormant. In summer we do lighter corrective pruning. Rejuvenating an old, overgrown tree is spread over 2 to 3 years so the tree does not go into shock.

Price

The price depends on the number, height and condition of the trees. We give you an exact price after inspecting the trees, free of charge.
